Here’s a favorite of ours that’s sure to become a favorite of yours. And the great thing is, you can cook it all in your Pacific Living Outdoor Pizza Oven, just like we do! Here’s what you’ll need:

1/3 cup Olive Oil
2/3 cup Wishbone Buffalo Ranch Dressing
Red Potatoes
Garlic Powder
Seasoned Garlic Salt

Step 1: Gather

Step 2: Heat your Outdoor Pizza Oven to High, then back off the control knob slightly to keep the temp gauge at 400.

Step 3: Combine 1/3 cup of olive oil, 2/3 cups of Wishbone Buffalo Ranch Dressing

Step 4: Pour a 1/3 of a cup of the marinade mix over the top of cut up red potatoes in a zip lock bag. Shake the bag to cover all of the potatoes and let that sit on the counter for 2 hours.

Step 5: Place the salmon in a covered baking dish(or large zip lock bag), made sure the salmon is covered with the marinade mix on both sides, and place the salmon in the fridge for 2 hours.

Step 6: Place both the salmon and potatoes on baking pans, sprinkle a light amount of garlic powder and seasoned garlic salt over both.

Step 7: Bake the potatoes on the top rack for 10 minutes, then move to middle rack (when you add the salmon) and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 8: Bake the salmon on top rack for 10 minutes if thinner fillets (12 minutes for the thicker fillets).

No need to turn the pans or anything! Simple serve immediately with any greens you choose, and enjoy this indescribably delicious meal!
